Five-Ingredient Funfetti Blondies

I’m a big fan of making everything homemade and not using box mixes. But sometimes I understand that it’s impractical to spend a few hours baking cupcakes or cookies. So when I want something quick and sweet, I turn to my favorite tried-and-true 5-Ingredient Funfetti Blondies recipe.

I've always been a HUGE Funfetti fan. There aren't many things that bring me pure joy quite like Funfetti – I love Funfetti ice cream, Funfetti frozen yogurt, Funfetti milkshakes, Funfetti cupcakes, Funfetti Chex Mix, and even just plain Funfetti cake batter.

This recipe is  the easiest Funfetti treat you can possibly make, and it uses ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. AND the best part about this recipe is that you don’t need ANY baking experience to make them. All you need is 5 ingredients and 30 minutes.

The finished product is so dense and chewy, and they’re perfectly done when they still look a little gooey in the center.

Anyone else out there a Funfetti fan? What’s your favorite way to eat it?

Five-Ingredient Funfetti Blondies

Ingredients:
·      1 box Funfetti cake mix (you can substitute yellow cake mix)
·      1/3 cup milk
·      1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
·      1 large egg
·      1/2 cup sprinkles
·      1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Directions
1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.     Spray an 8x8 baking pan with nonstick spray.
3.     Combine the cake mix, milk, oil, and egg in a large bowl.
4.     Mix in the sprinkles and optional white chocolate chips. Batter will be very thick!
5.     Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan.
6.     Sprinkle a few more sprinkles on top.
7.     Bake for 22 minutes. The center will still look gooey, but that’s what you want!
8.     Pull the baking pan out of the oven and allow it to cool for 30 minutes so the center sets.
